REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
In order to sign up for an online group session or class, or individual appointment with a practitioner, follow these steps below:
1. Scroll through the Menu of Group/Class offerings; identify the session(s) you want to sign up for.
You may sign up for as many group/class sessions as you want, space permitting (some group sessions may have a participant limit).
2. Click on the Registration link for each of the session(s) you want to sign up for.
3. Fill out the information in the Acuity.com scheduling system. Please make sure to:
4. Check your email for a confirmation of your Group Session(s). This email will contain the link you need to join the online Healing Through Our Grief Healing Clinic.
5. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled session(s). If you are joining the morning class at 10am PT and want to participate in the opening circle with HCC staff and practitioners, you may log in at 9:30am PT sharp (in order to minimize disrupting the sacred space). Thank you!

(They/Them) In this workshop, Pepe will facilitate guided writing reflections inviting participants to dialogue with their grief through various entry points. We will open with a guided visualization meant to prep participants to dive into grief writing and provide a few exercises for self-comforting as attendees put their experiences of grief into words. |

(He/They) This class will incorporate drumming, percussion, and free movement as a medium to tend to our sources of grief with self-compassion and ancestral insight. It will include an introductory talk about Bomba (Boricua music genre) and its origins, and three (3) brief sessions of drumming/percussion to practice somatic awareness and movement of our bodies and our grief. |
